**Job Overview**

The senior director of engineering for E‑Mobility is the global technology leader for TE Connectivity’s E‑Mobility Value Driver (product line) and a key member of the AutoX leadership team. Together with the value driver leadership and the regional CTOs, the role ensures a profitable business growth of TE’s E‑Mobility sector based on AutoX’s mission to:

+ Create Horizon 2/3 technologies that protect TE and the E-Mobility Product Line from disruptive shifts and secure future profitable growth
+ Increase engineering productivity e.g. through platforms, reuse, and AI tools
+ Supporting regional R&D teams on selected NPI projects
