Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Sales Specialists to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through strategic channel engagement.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide coaching and guidance on deal strategy, opportunity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting.
- Establish and implement scalable channel sales processes and best practices to improve partner productivity and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to align partner-led sales motions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
