Zoological Director

Provides executive leadership, vision, and strategic direction for all zoological operations at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort. This role is accountable for the overall performance, sustainability, and global positioning of the zoo across animal welfare, conservation, research, education, and guest experience. The Zoological Director ensures full alignment with international standards such as AZA and WAZA while driving innovation, institutional growth, partnerships, and long‑term conservation impact. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role contributes to organizational strategy, revenue growth, brand reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

Executive Leadership & Strategy

• Define and lead the long‑term zoological strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and mission.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all zoological, conservation, and sustainability matters.
