This program aims to identify and develop ambitious individuals with the potential to become successful Full-Service Hotel General Managers at IHG in the near future.
Do you know that as a participant in GM Ready Program, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in hotel management, operations, and leadership. You will work closely with experienced General Managers and other key stakeholders to gain insights into the strategic and operational aspects of running a successful hotel.
Do you know that since launched in 2015, GM Ready Program has enrolled approximately 100 participants. Following their successful graduation into General Manager roles, a notable portion of them have advanced to taking Area/Regional General Manager positions within IHG.
