Looking for a senior HR leader to drive people strategy, governance, and capability building across regions.
Key Highlights:
Building and execution of talent acquisition strategy, hiring quality & attrition trends
Lead zone-level HR strategy aligned to business goals
Guide & mentor Regional HR teams
Drive HR governance, compliance & audit readiness
Ensure performance management & culture alignment
Act as escalation authority for critical Employee relations matters
Enable data-driven HR decisions through analytics
Ideal Profile:
15+ years in HR/ Team leaders in Sales with multi-location leadership exposure
Strong in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, governance & stakeholder management
Experience in leading HR teams at scale
