Position Overview
Zonal Retail Head Key job responsibilities: Business Growth: • Own & execute company’s ground retail strategy for prepaid & FOD product into assigned geographical spread • Responsible to achieve zonal retail targets in terms of key measurable metrics of revenue, tonnage, yields & gross margin etc. • Introduce DTDC ground retail products into micro clusters in line with competitive landscape and price positioning of geographical area • Identify and develop potential areas of growth within existing channel partner team as well new potential markets • Drive sales KPIs to build robust sales pipeline for profitable business growth through daily/weekly/monthly review mechanism • Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new trends etc. • Monitor service level gaps to ensure timely action & retention of existing base Process Development & Training : • Align & collaborate with zonal cross functional teams to develop vari...
