Key job responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Own & execute companyβs ground retail strategy for prepaid & FOD product into assigned geographical spread
- Responsible to achieve zonal retail targets in terms of key measurable metrics of revenue, tonnage, yields & gross margin etc.
- Introduce DTDC ground retail products into micro clusters in line with competitive landscape and price positioning of geographical area
- Identify and develop potential areas of growth within existing channel partner team as well new potential markets
- Drive sales KPIs to build robust sales pipeline for profitable business growth through daily/weekly/monthly review mechanism
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new trends etc.
