Position Overview
Job Description:
- Drive sales growth and achieve zonal targets for Phaco & Diagnostic Equipment business.
- Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, product demonstration, closure, and after-sales support.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, surgeons, key accounts, KOLs, and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and train Technical Sales Engineers and Application Specialists to improve performance.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization and tracking of demo equipment for maximum ROI and customer conversion.
