Role Overview
This role is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Zoho ecosystem. The incumbent ensures optimal system performance, manages business‑as‑usual configurations, and supports solution delivery through effective system setup and governance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Systems Maintenance & Configuration
- Perform all business‑as‑usual configurations within Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, etc.), including layouts, fields, workflows, and automation.
- Maintain system integrity through regular audits, updates, and housekeeping activities.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security permissions.
- Support data governance by assisting with system‑related audits and compliance checks.
User Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with Zoho systems team members to understand system configuration needs.
