We are looking for an experienced Blinds Factory Manager and Zip Blinds Factory Manager to lead our blinds production team and oversee daily manufacturing operations.

• Oversee daily factory operations and manage production schedules
• Lead the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
• Manage raw material inventory, stock control, and production planning
• Improve workflow efficiency, reduce wastage, and maintain productivity standards
• Coordinate with Sales / Operations teams to align on order timelines and installation requirements
• Ensure compliance with factory safety and operational SOPs
