Position Overview
1、在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
2、在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
3、监督客用设施和服务的标准。
4、协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。
1、完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
2、持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
