1. 全面负责餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务质量监督、客户满意度提升及现场突发事件处理；
2. 制定并执行餐厅经营计划，统筹成本控制、食品安全管理及卫生标准落实，确保符合国家及行业相关法规要求；
3. 组织员工培训与团队建设，持续提升服务专业性与协作效能，营造积极向上的工作氛围；
4. 协同前厅、厨房及后勤部门，保障运营流程顺畅，支持酒店整体服务品质与经营目标达成。

1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上高星级酒店或中高端餐饮运营管理经验，有国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉餐饮服务标准、食品安全法规及劳动法律法规，具备较强的现场管理、沟通协调与抗压能力；
4. 具备良好职业道德与服务意识，尊重多元背景员工与顾客，无就业歧视行为；
