一、学历与专业• 本科以上学历，机械设计/自动化/材料成型/机电一体化等相关专业二、核心工作经验（硬性）• 主流：2–5年SMT治具、自动化夹具设计经验• 必备：能独立设计印刷治具、过炉载具• 加分：波峰焊、分板、AOI、测试、点焊、气动治具设计经验

三、软件技能（必备）• 2D：AutoCAD（必选）• 3D：SolidWorks、Pro/E/Creo、UG

四、专业知识（核心）• 熟悉SMT全流程：印刷→贴片→回流焊→波峰焊→测试→分板熟悉自动化治具设计理念• 掌握治具类型与原理：载具、定位、压紧、防呆、避焊设计• 了解PCB/PCBA结构、材料特性（玻纤、铝、电木、合成石等）• 懂机械加工工艺：CNC、铣、磨、表面处理（阳极、喷塑等）• 能做DFM分析、公差设计、成本控制
