Position Overview

1. 负责日常运营流程的执行与协调,保障业务环节高效、有序运转;
2. 监控运作数据及关键指标,及时识别问题并推动优化改进;
3. 协同跨部门团队完成项目交付、资源调配及客户响应等运作支持工作;
4. 维护和更新运作相关文档、标准操作流程(SOP)及台账记录;
5. 配合完成上级交办的其他与运营管理工作相关的任务。

1. 大专及以上学历,专业不限,具备1年及以上运营管理、客户服务、物流协调或相关领域工作经验;
2. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力及基础数据分析能力;
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件,能适应多任务并行的工作节奏;
4. 责任心强,具备团队协作意识与持续改善意识;
5. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制条件,符合国家关于平等就业的相关规定。
