Position Overview
1. 负责员工餐厅日常餐食的烹饪制作,确保菜品安全、卫生、营养均衡,符合国家食品安全相关标准;
2. 严格执行厨房操作规范及食品留样制度,配合完成食品安全自查与监管部门检查;
3. 根据员工用餐需求及季节特点,合理规划菜单,控制食材成本,提升餐饮服务质量与满意度;
4. 维护厨房设备及工作区域整洁有序,落实消防安全与环境卫生管理要求。
1. 持有有效的健康证明及厨师相关职业资格证书(如中式烹调师初级及以上);
2. 具备2年及以上食堂、团餐或大型餐饮单位后厨实操经验,熟悉批量烹饪流程与食品安全管理要点;
3. 具备良好的职业道德、服务意识和团队协作能力,无违法犯罪记录及食品安全不良从业记录;
4. 能适应早班或轮班工作安排,身体健康,符合岗位基本履职要求。
