Position Overview

1、负责酒店总机电话接听、转接及留言服务,确保通讯畅通高效
2、处理客房预订、变更及取消等业务,准确录入预订系统
3、解答客户关于房型、价格、设施等基础咨询并提供专业建议
4、协助处理特殊需求预订(如团队/VIP/长住客)并跟进落实
5、定期核对预订信息与房态系统,及时处理差异情况
6、整理每日预订报表并提交至相关部门
7、维护客户档案信息,确保数据准确性与保密性

1、普通话标准,具备良好的电话沟通技巧与服务意识
2、能熟练操作酒店Opera系统及办公软件(Word/Excel)
3、具备基础英语听说能力(需处理简单英文预订)
4、数字敏感度高,能高效处理多任务且注重细节
5、可适应轮班工作制
6、有酒店前台/总机/预订经验者优先
7、抗压能力强,能妥善处理突发情况与客户投诉
