Shipping Coordinator - Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5Days 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: $2400 to $2800 + AWS
Requirements - Minimum 1 year working experience
- Experience in a shipping / freight forwarding / logistics industry an added advantage
Job Scope (Responsibilities) - Process custom declaration and bill of lading
- Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
- Prepare and check import shipment documents
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, overseas counterparts & vendors
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
- Liaise with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
