Position Title: Care Studio and Rehab Manager Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $7,000 – $9,000
Job Description - Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of Care Studio programmes and services.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resource utilization.
- Oversee manpower planning and operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation teams.
- Develop policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MOH licensing standards.
- Support recruitment, staff development, and retention initiatives.
- Manage the daily operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.
- Develop and promote centre-based and home-based rehabilitation and day care programmes. <...
