Rockland Chinese Alliance Church of C&MA (RCAC) is a Chinese and English speaking church with two congregations and a combined total of about 100 attendees. We are seeking a full time youth/English pastor who is responsible for leading both our youth and English speaking adult ministries. The youth/English pastor works closely with the youth/English ministry committee and reports to the senior pastor.
Disciple youth and English-speaking adults by cultivating and implementing a holistic approach to Youth Ministry and English Ministry in the areas of discipleship, living out the Gospel, mission, and outreach while serving as a spiritual leader and role model.
Report to the Senior Pastor.
Meet with the Youth/English Ministry Committee on a monthly basis.
Work cooperatively with other Church Staff.
