Serve as the first point of contact for student behavioural incidents and provide immediate intervention and de‑escalation support
Facilitate restorative conversations and conflict resolution to help students understand the impact of their actions and rebuild positive relationships
Build rapport with students and provide proactive support to those with behavioural concerns or requiring additional guidance
Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents, interventions, and student interactions in compliance with school policies and confidentiality requirements
Collaborate closely with the Student Management Committee, teaching staff, counsellors, and school leaders to support student management and school discipline processes
