Provides direct supervision of 15 to 20 high needs students. (School may discharge or add students according to their needs)
Manages identified students during recesses.
Provides mandatory skills training for perpetrators/recalcitrant/poor behaviour or attitude towards friends during recess e.g. calming activities, develop social skills, restoration of friendship.
Works closely with YH/HOD SM to identify students for skills training/intervention/support, recess/after school check-ins for identified students 2-10
Leverages Peer Support Leaders during recess as a positive influencer during recess
Supports data analysis e.g. Connectogram, school discipline records, level-to-level transition to identify trends and implement interventions
Assists in the operations, e.g. support in the areas of monitoring Detention, Correct Work Order (CWO) to conduct guidance sessions after CWO, ...
