Job Description & Requirements 1. Student Development and Preventive Work . Manning of rooms/centres for students undergoingrestorative programmes, in-school suspension, or detention. . Supervise detention sessions, including attendance-takingand ensuring completion of assigned reflection tasks. . Conduct interviews, reflection sessions, and regularcheck-ins with students. . Facilitate small-group activities such as circle time,journaling, and goal-setting to support students' social-emotionalgrowth. . Support programmes addressing issues such as peer relationships, stress management, and self-esteem. 2. Consultation and Collaboration . Work closely with the Student Development Team (SDT), Year Heads, and Form Teachers to support students with higher needs. . Provide practical strategies to teachers for supportingat-risk students. .
