About Your Role:

 We are actively looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Youth Workers to join our team in the Grasmere area and its nearby suburbs.

 As an agency-based Youth Worker with HCA, you will: 
Deliver exceptional care to clients residing in SIL, SDA, in‑home, or group home settings

Support individuals with a wide range of mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities
