Job Posting: Youth Program Coordinator

BGC Jane and Finch is seeking a dynamic individual to join our outstanding team to develop, support and direct programs to youth and young adults at our main club house. The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for program development and oversight for all youth programs at Grandravine and Driftwood centers and summer camp programs.

Responsibilities

• The development, promotion, delivery, supervision and evaluation of the youth program encompassing recreational (i.e. skill development, leagues, inter-club, competitive etc.) life skills, education, technology, and social development programs, (i.e. asset building, homework assistance, employment readiness, mentoring, etc.) and summer camps for youth and young adults.
• Facility, equipment and capital asset supervision and management.
• Community development, parent groups and liaise with other service organizations.
