Job Description:

Briarwood Presbyterian Church PCA in Birmingham, Alabama, is searching for a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and manage its Youth Ministry for grades 7-12 within its congregation of over 3,500 members. The Youth Pastor would be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a complete student ministry to our covenant students including programming, discipleship, evangelism, outreach opportunities, retreats, and leadership training. This role will also oversee, train, and develop the youth staff team equipping students to worship God and to reach their schools to reach the world for Christ. Position Qualifications:

• EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE – College graduate; seminary degree or in the process of pursuing a degree; ordained in the PCA or willingness to be ordained; previous experience working with youth.
