About the Role

As the Youth Justice Coordinator, you will lead HOPE’s bail facility in Hedland and oversee the Youth Justice Community Mentoring Program (where applicable).

Reporting to the Justice and Community Manager Pilbara/Kimberley, you will manage day-to-day service delivery, lead a team of Residential Support Workers and Youth Mentors, and ensure young people on bail receive safe, structured, and supportive care.
