Description and Responsibilities


Open Sky is seeking compassionate individuals who are looking to work for a large human service organization where there are opportunities to build a rewarding and meaningful career. The Young Adult Access Drop-In Center serves youth aged 16-26 in need of support and resources to achieve independence and accomplish life changes. Program staff will work with youth on their goals around mental health, economic stability, housing, substance use, employment preparation, self-advocacy, parenting and pregnancy, access to entitlements, or a number of other needs or barriers to success. The program also will make referrals to more intensive services within and outside of the Open Sky Network as needed.
Young Adult Peer Mentors use lived experience and peer training to develop mutually beneficial relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries. They work with the youth/young adult, the program clinician, and the Transition Case Man...
