Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a long-term maternity cover basis starting in September.

The school is looking for a strong KS2 practitioner who can quickly establish routines, build positive relationships, and maintain high standards across the classroom. This role will involve full teaching responsibilities and would suit a teacher who enjoys helping pupils develop confidence and independence as they progress through Lower KS2.

The leadership team has made it clear they are specifically looking for an experienced teacher who can confidently take on the role from the beginning of the academic year.
