KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Yard Operations Management
Oversee daily yard activities and workflow. Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of vehicles, trailers, containers, or materials. Ensure efficient yard layout and space utilization. Monitor loading, unloading, parking, and storage operations. Maintain operational efficiency and minimize delays. Staff Supervision
Manage yard supervisors, drivers, operators, loaders, and yard personnel. Assign daily work schedules and responsibilities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. Ensure adequate staffing levels for operational requirements. Organize training and development programsInventory and Asset Control
