Job Overview
Develop basic market research skills / competencies via on-the-job learnings and other online/offline trainings, with limited support/guidance from senior member / project leader.

Essential Functions
• Support project team on overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery, and take main responsibility in proposal preparation.
• Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation (qualification for either quantitative and qualitative studies as below requirements are acceptable)

• Quantitative studies: Questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting with error-free, writing key takeaway messages, etc.

• Qualitative studies: drafting discussion guide, conduct in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from project leader, prepare content analysis/ summary of IDIs, assist in qualitative report preparation, etc.
