We are looking for a skilled and experienced Yacht Painter to join our team in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint and varnish finishes on luxury yachts and premium pleasure craft. This is a hands-on role that demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of marine painting systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare yacht surfaces (hull, superstructure, decks, interiors) through sanding, fairing, masking, and priming
* Apply high-performance marine paints, varnishes, and specialized coatings (Awlgrip, International, Alexseal, etc.)
* Perform spray painting, brush & roller application, and detailed finishing work
* Carry out hull repaints, touch-ups, antifouling applications, and superstructure coatings
* Mix paints accurately to match colours and ensure consistent finishes
