The Captain is the overall authority on board the 45M yacht, responsible for the safe navigation, operation, crew management, guest services, and maintenance of the vessel, while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and the owner’s expectations.

Master 500 GT Certificate (mandatory).

Valid Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping.

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Captain or Senior Officer on yachts of similar size/class.

Strong background in crew leadership, guest relations, and international navigation.
