Position Overview
1. 协助总经理处理日常行政事务与日程管理,确保高效协调与执行;
2. 起草、审核公司各类公文、报告、邮件及演讲稿,确保内容准确、逻辑清晰、语言规范;
3. 组织筹备高层会议,准备会议材料,记录并跟进会议决议落实;
4. 负责内外部商务沟通协调,包括来访接待、合作伙伴联络及文件流转;
5. 支持公司战略规划相关文档的整理、分析与信息汇总工作。
1. 本科及以上学历,中文、新闻、文秘等相关专业优先,具备扎实的文字功底和公文写作能力;
2. 英语六级及以上水平,能熟练处理英文邮件及文档,具备良好的书面表达能力;
3. 具备3年以上企业行政或助理岗位工作经验,熟悉商务流程与办公软件操作;
4. 优秀的沟通协调能力、保密意识强,工作细致高效,符合《劳动法》《就业促进法》等关于平等就业的相关规定。
