1. 协助行政总厨统筹中餐厨房日常运营，包括菜品研发、标准制定、成本控制及食品安全管理；
2. 负责中餐厨房人员排班、技能培训与绩效辅导，提升团队专业能力与服务效能；
3. 严格执行酒店食品安全、卫生及操作规范，确保符合国家《食品安全法》及行业标准；
4. 配合餐饮部完成大型活动、宴会及特色主题餐饮项目的菜品策划与现场执行；
5. 参与食材验收、库存管理及供应商协调工作，保障出品质量与供应稳定性。

1. 具备3年及以上高星级酒店或知名餐饮企业中餐厨房管理岗位工作经验；
2. 熟悉川菜及主流中式菜系制作工艺，具备扎实的烹饪技术与菜品创新能力；
3. 持有有效的健康证明，熟悉《食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》等相关法规；
4. 具备良好的团队协作意识、沟通协调能力及抗压能力；
