Position Overview
1. 制定并执行区域销售计划,完成公司下达的销售目标及回款任务;
2. 负责客户开发、维护与关系管理,拓展新客户资源,提升客户满意度与复购率;
3. 组织并参与市场调研,分析行业动态、竞品信息及客户需求,为产品策略与销售策略提供支持;
4. 协调内部资源(如产品、运营、售后等),推动项目落地与交付,保障客户体验;
5. 指导并协助团队成员开展销售工作,参与销售过程管理与业绩辅导。
1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、经济类等相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年及以上销售岗位工作经验,有国际品牌酒店同岗位经验者优先;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、客户导向意识和市场敏锐度,能独立开展客户谈判与项目推进;
4. 熟练使用办公软件,具备基本的数据分析与报告撰写能力;
5. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制,符合国家关于平等就业的相关规定。
