工作职责
1. 负责接收客户送来的待洗衣物，仔细核对衣物数量、种类及洗涤要求，并做好详细记录。
2. 根据衣物的材质、颜色、污渍程度等因素，准确分类衣物，选择合适的洗涤方式和洗涤剂。
3. 熟练操作各类洗衣设备，如洗衣机、烘干机、熨烫机等，确保设备正常运行，完成衣物的洗涤、烘干和熨烫工作。
4. 对洗涤后的衣物进行质量检查，及时发现并处理衣物上的残留污渍、破损等问题，对于无法处理的特殊情况，及时与客户沟通并说明。
5. 将洗净、熨烫好的衣物进行整理、折叠或悬挂，确保衣物摆放整齐，方便客户取回。
6. 定期对洗衣设备进行清洁、维护和保养，保证设备的性能和使用寿命，同时做好工作区域的卫生清洁工作，保持环境整洁。
7. 积极与客户沟通，了解客户需求和意见，及时反馈给上级，不断提高服务质量。
