The Engineering Liaison has duties and responsibilities related to engineering support functions. This role involves working closely with various departments and groups inside and outside the organization to identify, research, and develop engineering products to resolve “out of scope” damage and conditions while ensuring those products and associated parts meet OEM, customer, quality management system, and regulatory requirements.

+ Knows and understands company / department policies and safety procedures.
+ Must be proficient with technical data of all types including but not limited to Drawings, SRMs, CMMs, CMIs, SOPMs, SRIs, PMSs, Service Bulletins, Technical Dispositions, Work Instructions, Service Instructions, customer maintenance documents, best practices, etc.
