MAIN PURPOSE

To assist in providing quality services and safe operation of lamproom equipment and tools for health, safety, and productivity in the mining sector.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical:


+ Performs day to day activities in accordance with the prescribed DMR guidelines and as stipulated but not limited to the mine code of practice.

+ Provides legal and competent services.

+ Provide trusted communication between the lamp room and all relevant stake holders.

+ All legal documentation should be completed revised and scrutinized before filing and or distribution occurs.

+ Oversee and comply with daily administrative tasks.

+ Resolves all customer complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

+ Controls and coordinates lamp room operators in their daily tasks.

+ Maintain and monitor lamp room equipment.
