Job Summary

The WCBSpecialist position is a crucial part of our Claims Management and Early and Safe Return to Work process. Reporting directly to the Disability Claims Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and administrating occupational and non‑occupational claims, as well as data management, maintaining records, and helping to design and maintain key KPIs. By assessing and promoting the needs of the business by proactively managing disability claims, you will bring tangible results and work collaboratively throughout our Canadian sites in a manner that is in line with our Company Goals and Values.
