Lead and manage all Workplace Safety, Health & Security related matters to ensure full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, subsidiary legislations, and applicable regulations, including Risk Management Regulations and bizSAFE Level 3 certification requirements, and future readiness while providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to enhance workplace safety, health and security in Nanyang Polytechnic.

• Lead and manage WSHS Steering Committee as Secretary in NYP:
  • Coordinate meetings: schedule WSHS meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes.
  • Maintain records: keep accurate documentation of monthly safety audits, reports, and committee activities; support appointment processes and maintain updated committee member lists.
