Position Overview
Responsibilities - Conduct risk assessments and implement workplace safety policies and preventive measures.
- Enforce compliance with all site safety rules and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and safety violations, prepare reports, and identify root causes.
- Monitor workplace repairs, installations, and high‑risk activities to ensure employee safety.
- Perform other OSH related site duties as assigned.
Requirements - WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator, preferably in construction of high‑tech or semiconductor industries.
- Familiar with Singapore workplace safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with site teams, contractors and stakeholders.
