Candidates for this position will have demonstrated the ability to:
• Lead worship with sincerity, energy, and passion that connects with a variety of people.
• Lead worshippers in a variety of song styles – modern as well as traditional. (We currently offer a Traditional Worship Service at 9: AM on Sundays and a Modern/Blended Worship Service at : AM.)
• Recruit, Invest in, Develop, Motivate, Encourage, Schedule, & Empower others to lead in worship – vocalists & instrumentalists and technology.
• Disciple and mentor members of a worship ministry in their own personal, spiritual growth.
• Authentically connect with and show love for others.
• Plan and lead quality worship services for both those participating in person & online.
