**Position Overview:**

The Cafe' Team Lead Ambassador is responsible for supporting operations at Bottle Cap Café, delivering exceptional guest experience, best-in-class health & safety standards, and maintaining revenue and profit performance. This position provides leadership to all Café Ambassadors in absence of the Associate Manager, leading both Front and Back of House operations. The Bottle Cap Café is located in Pemberton Place in Downtown Atlanta, serving guests of the iconic World of Coca-Cola, as well as the Georgia Aquarium and National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
