Your key responsibilities
Provide onsite support and stand by for any conference and event not limited to non-office hours and EY officeSupport and maintenance all office IT/AV facilities in a good conditionEnsuring onsite/online events run smoothly by providing the single point of contact for issue management and resolution.Handling AV to operate, troubleshoot and interact with respective vendors and internal teams.Accomplish any ad hoc task from team lead Skills and attributes for success
Good communication skill in English and MandarinGood customer service mindset and with Can-Do attitude
