YOUR ROLE
To carry out high-quality workshop services and product/service sales, you guarantee the sustainable satisfaction of your customers and users as well as the economic and environmental performances.
Your Responsibilities:
CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND PERSONALISATION SERVICES - Diagnose customer equipment needs quickly, in person or remotely.
- Provide quotes using the correct billing method (paid, warranty, free).
- Explain service costs and inform customers of any changes or delays.
- Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalization using proper tools and processes.
- Operate and maintain workshop machines you’ve been trained on.
