Position Overview

Job Description
Our client is an engineering company based in Mallusk. Due to an increase in workload they are now seeking to recruit a Workshop Supervisor to join the team.

As the successful Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing process, and also manage a small team in the safe and efficient use of punching, guillotine, folding and labelling machines.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm.

Responsibilities:
Ensure production packs and kits are complete
Ensure product is tested and readied for despatch and that internal checklists are completed in line with policy prior to despatch. 
Manage the day-to-day operation and accompanying processes of a small workshop team including holiday requests, sickness, allocation of projects, timesheets, testing of panels etc.
