- Experience in supervisory role in spray painting would be an advantage.
Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the spray-painting section to ensure the highest service quality, executing all jobs in alignment with repair orders.
- Assess team capacity based on flat rate units, optimizing work bay utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the panel beater and mechanical foremen to maintain seamless workflow in accident repairs, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Update the workshop executive/manager on the availability of spray painters and monitor job progress according to agreed priorities.
- Verify that assessment and rectification work is performed accurately to address return jobs or customer feedback effectively.
