Responsibility Manage and lead the setup and operation in CSC Department to provide overhaul/repair/servicing/testing services for Rolling Stock, Systems, Signalling, AFC and Auxiliary Components to ensure reliability and availability of railway assets to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead the development of component repair/overhaul/maintenance capabilities roadmap. Lead the operation and sustainability of component maintenance capabilities to support the railway operation. Ensure the safety of all staff and their activities at all times through implementing workplace, health and safety plan. Ensure the development of each staff to achieve their required staff competencies (Technical and Professional development).
