The role involves leading and motivating workshop staff, managing work-in-progress, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with dealer operating standards, HSE requirements, and manufacturer procedures. By maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting service solution sales, and continuously improving workshop performance through KPI management and operational excellence, the Workshop Manager plays a key role in achieving business and financial objectives.
