Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Oil &Gas company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Workshop
Manager / Senior Workshop Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the
maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the company’s fleet and heavy
equipment. The role will ensure maximum fleet availability, operational
efficiency, compliance with HSE standards, and implementation of best-in-class
workshop procedures and maintenance practices across light and heavy vehicles
used in Oil & Gas operations.

- Lead and manage preventative and
corrective maintenance activities for light vehicles, heavy trucks, trailers,
generators, earth-moving equipment, and other operational machinery to ensure
high fleet reliability and availability.
